The Phil With Purpose approach is most effective when the the Sweet Spot, the Circle of Congruence, and our Strategy are reflected upon in a small community of two to ten people. If you don't know of any Purpose Groups, start one. It can be as informal or formal as the group wants and meet on a frequency that works for the group. It could be one of the best decisions you've ever made. Besides reflecting upon the graphics connected with this approach, and the corresponding questions, below are more questions you can give thought to and discussion about during your group.

On a scale of one to ten, how much hope do you have for your future? What has brought you to that point?
Same scale, how much value do you believe you have?
What would you say is your life’s purpose right now? What are your dreams? What motivates you to get up in the morning?
What would your friends say is important to you? What would your friends say is your life’s purpose?
How do others benefit from your purpose?
How are you using the Sweet Spot elements to help you realize your greater purpose?
If applicable, what keeps you from having a purpose or fulfilling your purpose?
What are your internal or self-inflicted barriers - items with which you can control? (Drugs, alcohol, a job, screen time)
What are your external barriers - items with which you cannot control?
What are the costs of giving up hopelessness? There is often risk in making a change. There is comfort in the status quo, even in the state of hopelessness.
What steps do you need to take next?
